Benefit for the Gunnedah Community has been one of the driving forces for Ironbark Energy.
The completion of the Gunnedah Solar Farm (GSF) and surrounding Industrial Development will revitalise an area close to the township that has unfortunately been left derelict for nearly 30years.
Throughout site assessment, construction, commissioning and once in operation, the project will create local employment opportunities.
GSF will produce electricity generation without emissions and have a significantly lower environmental impact relative to other electricity generation methods currently in use today.
We have worked hand in hand with the Gunnedah Shire Council to establish effective working parameters for the entire project and will continue to do so after the site is commissioned and fully operational
To ensure collaborative engagement, members of the local Gunnedah Community are encouraged to contact either the Gunnedah Council or Ironbark Energy for any Project related queries they may have.
